As an Admin Assistant at Guardian’s Al-Jubail site, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support focused on employee administration, government relations, accommodation and welfare, contractors/support services, and team development.
What You Will Do
Manage iqama/visa/work‑permit issuance, renewals, corrections, and related fines.Provide day‑to‑day employee administrative services (records, onboarding/offboarding help).Arrange employee travel (air tickets, hotels) and issue visitor invitations/permits.Execute government transactions (GOSI, Labor Office, Passports, Civil Defense, municipality).Ensure regulatory and labor‑law compliance, support government inspections and audits.Act as liaison with authorities during incidents, investigations, or inquiries.Manage labor camp contracts, monitor service quality, and oversee employee welfare initiatives.
