Job Description

Working Location: Shah Alam, Selangor. - Possess own transportation

Working Day/Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) - 3 days Work From Office, 2 days WFH

Salary: Basic up to RM 2500 (Based on experience + skills) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Responsibilities

  • To assist Immigration Consultants and other team members with immigration paperwork preparation such as filling up the application forms, letters based on information provided by clients, translation work etc.
  • Responsible for filling case documents for each assignee and dependent, in accordance with country Policy and/or ISO requirements. This includes and is not limited to scanning, copying and preparing hard and/or soft copies of the case documents and all associated correspondence.
  • Assist in conducting research and compile information related to IMMS.
