Job Description

  • Handling and drafting of email correspondences.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Sort out letters and mails for distribution.
  • Follow up on clients' documents for submissions.
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports, data entry.
  • Preparation of meeting slides and minutes.
  • Preparing PO, PR, RFQ, Part receive, Quotation, shipping and Purchase office supplies, stationery.
  • Monthly compilation and filing of Company expenses, accounts.
  • Hotel and flight booking arrangements.
  • Work pass applications
  • Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed.
  • General administrative support Managers when is required.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
