Job Description
- Coordinating and attending to maintenance request and/or preventive maintenance tasks for all outlets and/or Central Kitchen
- Maintain service contracts and equipment documentation for outlets and/or Central Kitchen • Generate maintenance schedule
- Process Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order and liaise with finance on payments and finance related matters
- Despatch of QA supplies to outlets
- Any ad-hoc duties required as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
- Preferably some related working experience
- Able to write and converse well in both English & Chinese to read / understand invoices and communicate with vendors / suppliers
- Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details
