Company Profile We are a growing company in the Food& Beverage industry with several outlets around Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to support our team and help the company grow.
Job Responsibilities - Handle daily admin tasks and other duties when needed
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Prepare Stall Tenancy Agreements
- Apply for SFA, HSA, and SPF licenses
- Keep track of tenancy agreements and licenses
- Update stall rental information
- Arrange exhaust cleaning schedules
- Work closely with the Operations and Accounts teams
Job Requirements - Diploma or higher
- At least 2 years of admin experience
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks
