Job Description
Responsibilities - Perform general data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Handle documentation and support basic administrative processing tasks.
- Handle PO/DO/Invoice including shipping documentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Provide administrative support to Admin Team
- Responding to emails, and handling inquiries (Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties)
- Any other ad‑hoc duties in relations to QS or not.
Requirements - Minimum Nitec qualifications (Fresh Grad welcome)
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 5days work week, Sat (8.30am-5.30pm / 8.30am-1pm (remote/WFH)
