Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform general data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Handle documentation and support basic administrative processing tasks.
  • Handle PO/DO/Invoice including shipping documentations
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to Admin Team
  • Responding to emails, and handling inquiries (Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties)
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties in relations to QS or not.
Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec qualifications (Fresh Grad welcome)
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 5days work week, Sat (8.30am-5.30pm / 8.30am-1pm (remote/WFH)
