Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide secretarial support to Finance Manager
- Manage event listings on the merchant website, including creation and updates
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure accurate event information is published
- Generate periodic reports related to events for faculty
- Handle participant email inquiries related to refunds, cancellations, ticket transfers, and general event questions and follow up until resolution
- Be responsible for service & maintenance contracts of office equipment including personal / desktopcomputers, laptops, printers, copiers, phone system, water coolers, air-conditioners.
- Download, organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee office stationery requisitions and replenishment of pantry supplies.
