Job Description
Primary responsibilities: Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing and record keeping. Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the office and business operations. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Team-Player Location: Ang Mo Kio Working hours - 5 Days. (Monday-Friday 0830hrs to 1730hrs)
