Job Description

Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 5) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Centre: Central Office – Ref: TNC/CO/26-01/3

Requirements

  • Graduation: Grade 12 Certificate required.
  • Minimum: National Certificate/Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, or Financial Management.
  • Optional: Certificate in Project Management or Facilities Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the administration of infrastructure and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide infrastructure and maintenance clerical support services within the component.
  • Prepare for internal and external meetings; minute taking, report writing, updating, and modifying records.
