Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
  • Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
  • General administrative work such as typing, filling and etc.
  • Preparation of maintenance schedule once receive project handover form signed off by client from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time
  • Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
  • Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
  • Responsible in maintain stock record.
