Job Description
Responsibilities: - To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
- General administrative work such as typing, filling and etc.
- Preparation of maintenance schedule once receive project handover form signed off by client from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time
- Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
- Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
- Responsible in maintain stock record.
Period: Location: Working hours: - Monday toFriday(9amto6pm)
- $2,000 to $2,500
