Responsibilities - Issuing Invoices and creating Purchase Orders
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery dates
- Data entry on renewal information
- Chase up on overdue payments
- Administrative Duties
Period Location Working Hours - Mon to Fri ( 9am to 6pm )
Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Well organized, proactive and self-directed
- Careful in work to reduce mistakes
- Good interpersonal skills and independent
- Familiar with ABSS
