Key Responsibilities

  • Assist executive team with documentation, preparing delivery orders, invoices and coordinating with store team on timely deliveries
  • Prepare sales quotation and follow up
  • Accurately process customer transactions, main sales database and filling of documentation
  • Schedule workers for jobs daily
  • Coordinate shipments, monitor schedules to ensure timely deliveries
