Job Description

Handle daily administrative activities for the workshop, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

Issue and follow‑up purchase orders and delivery orders.

Issue of monthly invoices.

Assist HOD in monthly accounts closing.

Job Requirements
  • O-Level holder with minimum 1-year relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
  • Have basic AP/AP knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
Other Information
  • 5 days.
  • Company transport provided – Choa Chu Kang MRT pickup point to Tuas South Workshop.
