Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Assist in HR matters such as attendance tracking, leave records, onboarding, and employee coordination
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers
  • Source and compare quotations to ensure cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors on material requirements
  • Monitor stock availability and arrange timely purchasing of materials
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for HR and purchasing activities
  • Handle urgent orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
