Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Record and maintain all incidents related to shuttle bus operations.
- Follow up and liaise with workshops regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance matters.
- Arrange and coordinate drivers to send company vehicles for servicing and repairs.
- Monitor and ensure all buses are clean, safe, and in good operating condition.
- Conduct regular checks on bus cleanliness and vehicle conditions.
- Update internal systems for vehicle deployment and shuttle driver arrangements.
- Prepare and submit rider sheet reports and operational reports on time.
- Reply to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails in a professional manner.
- Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
- Work closely with the Shuttle Operation Supervisor on daily operational planning and coordination.
