Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records including hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records, transfers, and promotions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Process monthly payroll for approximately 150 - 300 employees accurately and on schedule to ensure timely compensation.
- Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers in compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain legal workforce status.
- Administer foreign workers’ WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims and related processes to ensure proper handling of workplace injury cases.
