Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration task(s)
- Coordinate with vendors and customers
- Invoice and receipt documentation filing
- Quotation and proposal preparation
- Sort data and data entry for reporting purposes
- Meeting minutes and departmental reports
- Prepare events and meetings needs in advance
Qualifications
- 2 years of working experience or diploma in business administration
- Carry own transport
- Fluent in English or Malay
