Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support HR and finance administrative processes when required
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Others ad‑hoc duty assigned.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
