Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support HR and finance administrative processes when required
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Others ad‑hoc duty assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
