We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator to support our company operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This role focuses on employee lifecycle support—particularly onboarding and HR administration—alongside office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources - Manage work pass application & foreign worker matters in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Assists with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement and training, orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, attendance and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support
