Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Provide support to various departments and operational teams
  • Data entry
  • Handle queries and feedback
  • Research required information
  • Source for new vendors and suppliers
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform comparison and analysis
  • Plan and execute company events or activities
  • Provide support for special projects
  • Assist with operational duties when necessary
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Preferably with prior experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues
  • Willing to learn and open to taking on a variety of tasks
  • Team player who is able to work independently
  • Meticulous with an eye for details...
