We are looking for a well‑organised Admin & Document Control Coordinator to support office administration, document control, supplier follow‑up, basic HR records, invoices/LPO tracking, and project coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years UAE experience preferred
  • Strong English communication
  • Good Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Experience in admin, document control, procurement support, construction, manufacturing, or trading company preferred
