Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operations Management
Manage resident check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, bed availability, and resident information.
Handle issuance of access cards, keys, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with technicians/contractors.
Conduct routine inspections of dormitory rooms and common areas.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulatory requirements for worker housing.
Assistin enforcing dormitory rules, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
2. Invoicing & Finance Administration
Prepare monthly accommodation invoices for companies and tenants.
Track payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Maintain organized financial records and support audit requirements.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing.
Process deposits, refunds, and adjustments when necessary.
