Monitor & analyze system performance in accordance to the prescribed processes and procedures.

Identify & dispatch Field technicians to affected stations island wide.

Perform data mining & preparation of technical reports.

List and analyze cases, and escalate to relevant department if necessary.

Suggest appropriate solutions and direct unresolved issues to alternative resources.

Assist with building management duties when required.

• Minimum GCE N/O levels, Higher Nitec/Nitec in any industry.
• Possess good computer skills mainly Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
• Control Centre/Dispatcher background with analytical skills is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, able to work and communicate well with different levels.
• Required to work on shift, including PH & weekends where assigned.
• No experience required, training will be provided.
