We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Admin & Shipping Assistant to join our team at Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and shipping support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
In this role, you will:
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with shipping and logistics coordination, including preparing shipments, booking transport (lorry/ship/flight), tracking deliveries, and liaising with couriers or freight forwarders.
- Providing customer service support, answering inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise
- Maintaining inventory records and optimizing storage and organization of supplies
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
