Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities . 1.Handle and manage Accounts Receivables Function. . 2.Update and maintain accounting journals. . 3.Daily entry of receipts into the accounting system. . 4.Process staff expense claims. . 5.Ensure entries are charged to the correct account codes. . 6.Handle customer's queries on the daily financial transactional activities. . 7.Ensure timely and accurate report submission. . 8.Generate monthly accounts receivables report. . 9.Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary. . 10.Perform analysis of accounts, preparation of audit schedules etc . 11.Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary.
