- Work Location - Thomson, Central Region
- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $3160
- Govt Agency, 12 months contract
Job Scope: - Process applicants according to scheme eligibility
- Assign cases to relevant partner agencies
- Upload referral documents and maintain case records
- Monitor long outstanding cases and follow up with agencies for updates
- Prepare and send official correspondence to clients
- Complete case closure procedures
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve system issues
- Extract and compile case data for reporting purposes
Requirements: - Degree in any relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications –Excel, Word, Powerpoint
