Admin Supervisor – South Africa Role: Facilitate and supervise all aspects of the branch’s financial administrative function, plan and coordinate financial support services, ensure best operating practices are followed, maximize efficiency and manage financial admin operations profitably according to set targets. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility to supervise, facilitate and control all aspects of the branch financial administration function. Oversee supplier and cashbook payments. Manage debtor’s collections. Control overhead and perform analysis. Ensure provision for bad debts by collecting all amounts older than 3 months. Supervise and facilitate the debtor’s team in resolving customer queries and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. Investigate bad debts and prepare documentation for handing over legal matters to attorneys; ensure compliance with company policies when writing off bad debts.
