Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Admin and customer service, and documentation.
- Assist Estate Management of Eastlands Heights.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business Administration or Financial Management course.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
