Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Admin and customer service, and documentation.
  • Assist Estate Management of Eastlands Heights.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business Administration or Financial Management course.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
