Education and/or Experience - Computer Certification
- Comptia A+
- MCSE
- MCITP
- Assoc. Degree
- 3-5 years related experience in a Desktop Support role
- ITIL or ITSM training or experience in a help desk environment
Other Skills and Abilities - Good spoken and written skills in Spanish & English a must.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Problem solving: Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with computer system issues.
