Administration Assistant
Permanent full‑time role based at Thurrock Hospital, covering reception areas across Thurrock, Basildon, Brentwood and Billericay. Working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line administrative support to clinical colleagues, including telephone, face‑to‑face and written communication.
- Travel to and support reception areas at multiple Trust sites as required.
- Prioritise tasks, manage own initiative and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and use Trust systems such as Mobius, QFlow and SystmOne.
- Build effective working relationships and maintain a professional, friendly and polite manner with patients and staff.
- Apply coaching and supervision received to promote continuous improvement.
