Be the go-to person for keeping things organised between the office and the workshop. A big part of the job is making sure jobs are booked in properly, tracked through the system, and invoiced correctly once completed.

What you will enjoy doing

  • Booking in jobs and entering them into the system (SAP / Infusion)
  • Keeping job details accurate and up to date
  • Ordering parts (including from overseas suppliers)
  • Updating job cards and making sure all work is captured
  • Handling warranty claims
  • Answering customer enquiries and keeping them updated
  • Helping coordinate workflow in the workshop
