Be the go-to person for keeping things organised between the office and the workshop. A big part of the job is making sure jobs are booked in properly, tracked through the system, and invoiced correctly once completed.
What you will enjoy doing
- Booking in jobs and entering them into the system (SAP / Infusion)
- Keeping job details accurate and up to date
- Ordering parts (including from overseas suppliers)
- Updating job cards and making sure all work is captured
- Handling warranty claims
- Answering customer enquiries and keeping them updated
- Helping coordinate workflow in the workshop
