Our client in the trade and supply chain industry is looking for a dynamic Administration/ Accounts Clerk to join their team. This This is a remote office-based role with limited client interaction and requires someone who is detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working independently within a lean operational structure.
Minimum requirements:Matric (Grade 12) essential1 to 5 years’ experience in invoice preparation and general administrationProven experience using Sage Cloud AccountingStrong Microsoft Excel skills (daily use for reconciliations and reporting)Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, trade enablement, or Logistic and bulk commodities environments (advantageous)High attention to detail and accuracyAble to work independently and manage deadlines
