Job Description

Responsibilities Admin
  • To provide administrative support to HR & Admin to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner; but not limit to organizing filing system for important and confidential company documents and answer enquires
  • Receptionist duties
  • Open and distribute letter box, read and reply e-mails, record incoming and outgoing mails daily
  • Purchasing and managing office stationery & pantry supplies (including but not limited to PPE, uniforms)
  • Receiving of orders
  • Assist to call IT vendor to troubleshoot office equipments
  • Recording of in/out of IT equipments & documentation
  • Assist in the coordination for any events activities
Human Resource
  • Participate in workers recruitment co-ordination, including pass application, issuance, renewal, repatriation, transfer
