Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative support to managers, teams, or departments
+ Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
+ File, scan, and organize records and office documents
+ Manage data entry and maintain accurate information in internal systems
+ Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination
