Key Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to department leaders and team members
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
+ Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications
+ Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
+ Order office supplies and help manage vendor relationships
+ Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
+ Assist with special projects and general office support as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
+ 2+ years of administrative support experience preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
