Overview

  • Provide general HR, sales, marketing, administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
  • Order supplies and maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level; anticipates needed office supplies
  • Maintaining and monitoring of Company's Property

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Purchasing and negotiation skills
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Highly attentive to given instruction
