We are hiring on behalf of our client in healthcare service industry Administrative Assistants (Service Support) for a 6-month contract role, with possible extension based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and data entry support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally
- Assist with follow-ups and coordination duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating over the phone
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Available at short notice.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday
- 8.30am – 5.30pm OR
- 9.00am – 6.00pm
Pay Rate $11.50 per hour
