Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client in healthcare service industry Administrative Assistants (Service Support) for a 6-month contract role, with possible extension based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data entry support
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally
  • Assist with follow-ups and coordination duties
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Available at short notice.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am – 5.30pm OR
  • 9.00am – 6.00pm
Pay Rate

$11.50 per hour
