Responsibilities - Update and maintain tenants' contacts, tenancy schedules and other documents
- Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare the tenancy agreements and documents
- Reconcile audited sales report and prepare Gross Turnover billing
- Update floor plans for reporting
- Compile ACG reports
- Other general administrative and clerical duties
Period Location Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Up to $3,300 (depending on experience)
Requirements - Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management, Real Estate or equivalent
