**SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
The selected candidate will perform multiple clerical and administrative tasks in an organized, efficient, and professional manner.
+ Create a welcoming and secure environment for employees and visitors at our front desk.
+ Assist with a variety of projects from various departments.
+ Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
+ Plan employee engagement events.
+ Data entry into various data collection systems.
+ Create presentations and reports.
+ Assist with projects from various departments on an as needed basis.
+ General office housekeeping and improvements.
+ Maintain a continuous improvement focus to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
+ Independently carry out all other duties as assigned by Manager.
