Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Training & Test Administration Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA / regulatory requirements Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS) Generate candidate's summary Coordinate withbtrainers, salesperson and candidates for daily operations 2. Compliance & Documentation Control Ensure all records are properly filed and audit-ready Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols Perform documentation checks to avoid errors and non-compliance 3. Operational Coordination Liaise with salesperson, trainers and operations team Requirements Diploma / O Level or equivalent qualification Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Comfortable with digital systems and data management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment Location: 45 Sungei Kadut Loop
