Job Description

  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handling project schedule, submission of schedule of work done (SoWd) & monthly project photos or reports
  • Handling of calls
  • Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements
  • Prepare purchase order
  • Assist in documentation preparation for new tender
  • Assist in simple payroll
  • Submission of CPF, work permit applications / renewal
  • General admin support
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
