Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle staff accommodation arrangements and coordinate housing matters.
  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements for new, renewal, and exit cases.
  • Liaise with landlords, agents, tenants, and internal stakeholders on overall tenancy-related matters.
  • Maintain proper tenancy records, documentation, and filing.
  • Conduct and prepare monthly accommodation audit reports.
  • Monitor accommodation occupancy and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Support finance-related administrative duties including invoice checking, payment tracking, and documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements:
