Key Responsibilities
Administrative &
Operational Support
Handle administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management
Prepare reports, trackers, and presentation materials
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Support front desk and operational processes when required
Billing, Procurement &
Inventory Coordination
Manage billing, payment records, PR/PO creation, invoice follow-ups, and goods receipt processes
Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement activities
Track supplement stocks, POSM, GWP inventories, and campaign materials
Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams on production timelines and delivery schedules
