Job Description

HR & worker management

Coordinate recruitment, pass applications, renewals and transfers. Maintain training records, personal files, and manage dormitory-related issues.

Procurement & supplies

Purchase and manage office supplies including stationery, pantry items, PPE, uniforms & etc.

Office administration

Manage filing systems, answer and screen incoming calls, handle mail, and attend to guests and meeting room bookings.

General support

Liaise with IT vendors for troubleshooting, prepare site clearance documents, assist with event coordination, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
