**Position Purpose**

The Administrative Nursing Supervisor provides leadership toward fulfilling the mission by providing operational support and ensuring quality of patient care delivery according to the nursing process.

**As a RN Supervisor, you will:**

+ Participates in formulation, revision and advancement of strategic short and long-range plans for Nursing services.
