  • Create and maintain new customer data in the Back Office System.
  • Verify document accuracy and maintain proper filing records.
  • Monitor and track payment transactions and related records.
  • Prepare and summarize sales reports and other assigned reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as assigned.
  • Support additional tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.

  • Qualifications

  • Age between 22–30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Passion for customer service and coordination work.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and quick problem-solving ability.
