Job Summary - 12-month contract
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm; Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Location: Boon Keng
Responsibilities - Assist with Certificate of Competency applications
- Handle email and phone enquiries on applications and claims
- Process applications, claims, and event accreditation applications
- Generate reports and track certificate renewals
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements - Minimum Diploma Holder
- Good administrative and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work independently
