Applications for a Part Time or Full time position including Saturdays . (Salary pro-rata for P/T)


Principal Accountabilities:


  • Reception & front of house
  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Answering main switchboard & redirecting calls
  • Providing customer quotations and up-selling
  • Organising breakdown callouts
  • Cash handling & daily banking
  • Processing and recording of data from various sources
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Purchase ordering
  • Stock control
  • General admin
  • Carry out any other duties as required


Knowledge/Qualifications & Skills


1 year+ experience in an administrative role desirable
