Administrator – Brighton College
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to support the smooth running of operations at Brighton College.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Administrator , you’ll provide essential support across HR, finance, procurement, and compliance activities.
- Prepare daily allergen sheets in line with medical diet procedures.
- Produce relevant guest‑facing media and materials for all food items & marketing materials.
- Update booking systems and internal databases.
- Manage and maintain employee personnel files.
- Follow KCSIE Recruitment process in line with client expectations.
- Provide support to the culinary & front‑of‑house teams.
- Organise and monitor compliance documentation relating to:
- Health & Safety
- Food Safety
- Training recordsMatrix monitoring
