Job Description
We are looking for a detail-driven administrator who will support CDM Coordinators and the HSEQ account team by ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, providing essential documentation control, coordination, and communication across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative, clerical, and operational support to project managers and project teams to ensure effective project delivery. Collate, manage, update, and control CDM and health and safety documentation, including Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health & Safety Files. Submit statutory notifications (F10) to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and manage related compliance records.
